Below you find TSC's General event information and guidelines. Please read this first as it will give you a better idea of how TSC runs their events and learn of what is expected of you as a participant at a TSC event.

Tri-State Crawlers General Event Rules

Tri-State Crawlers is sanctioned by the USRCCA and runs by those rules. However, TSC does run a couple of modified rules that you will find below.

Modified Rule # 1 - (Max. gate Penalty) - The rule states the max. penalty points per gate is 20points per gate. While TSC does use this rule, it is slightly modified and does not allow any penalties to be erased. A driver can accumulate more than 20 points per gate.

example: A driver is at 15 points and working on gate 3. The driver hits the gate marker(10 points). That driver will now have 25 points. Since the driver has now went over the 20 points before clearing gate 3, he/she will be placed at gate 3(with the rear tires lined up between the markers) and will not receive a progress point for gate 3.

Modified Rule # 2 -  (Progress Point) - For 2010, USRCCA has a new -2 point progress rule. TSC will be sticking with the -1 progress point.

TSC will run three classes for the 2010 season. Those classes will be a USRCCA 1.9 class, a USRCCA 2.2 class and a TSC "Sport" class. You can find those rules below, by clicking on name:

If you have any questions at all pertaining to any of the rules. Please feel free to ask on our forums or ask in the drivers meeting before an event starts.
